So disappointing! Cant take temperature!

I used to love this app! Now it wont do anything. It deleted all of our profiles - I have the saved data but theres no date or name, so who knows who it belonged to??!! I have a sick child & now I cant even take a temperature. It wont work at all. It freezes every time. So disappointing.
