I was told this app needs an update/repair in order to install a new thermometer, so please update. Its been a week since I received my thermometer and Im unable to use it.

Very nice to provide a log of temp with accompanying symptoms!

Bought today for our newborn. Set up was a hassle. It would detect the device. Readings room no less than 25 seconds and the temp wasnt correct (verified by Braun device that actually works). I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone.

I recently purchased this thermometer but when I downloaded the app to use it, it was unable to read the thermometer alone without the black connector. So now its sitting on my kitchen table. Terrible app.

Like others Ive lost the history from 3 profiles with this update. There are anonymous readings that I can reassign, but they all have todays date. I see that there is now HealthKit integration, so that is at least a plus, but messing with historical data during an update is a big FAIL. I also see that it now incorporates treatment and medication advice, along with things to watch for which would indicate needing to see a doctor - based upon age and temperature readings - that kind of context based advice, based on info from the Mayo and Cleveland Clinics is good and earned the extra star

Do not by this, the app is poorly written and gets worse with each new update. Three times in the last year they have pushed updates that broke the connection with the Health App. Twice they have pushed updates that made the entire thing unusable for days or weeks while they fix the issue. And, their tech support model is to always blame the user or the phone when things do not work after they push an update.

I love how easy it is to use, how it keeps track of everyone and lets me log in meds given. No more wondering when I last gave meds!

Updated to latest version, love the new look & feel! No problem with my profile data personally.

This app is quickly looking like the biggest piece of crap ever. I got a "deal" on 2 thermometers. It took my daughter awhile to get hers to detect and set up. Ive been trying for AN HOUR with no luck. This is a joke.

I used to love this app - I had all pertinent info in one place. When I updated the app, ALL my data was GONE- my family member profiles, temperatures, EVERYTHING! So angry and disappointed. Deleting this app immediately.

I got my thermometer about 6 months ago and loved from the first time I used it! I used to think the app was ok, but I really liked the ease of sharing my kids temperature with my husband while he was at works long with a picture of how the kids looked. I know there are other ways to do that still but it was just a very neat and easy way to share. I didnt realize it had updated until today when one of my kids is sick. I havent been able to figure out an option of sharing her temp or even taking a picture, but fortunately my old data did not get deleted! Please bring back those options!

I suppose this version might fix bugs presented in the last version, but only if you hadnt already updated to the last version, because my report history for my profiles is still gone. :(

I love this thermometer and the ability to track everything through the app. I gifted one to my sister, who is a pediatrician with two kids, as well as my brother, who just had his first kid. Highly recommend to techie parents.

I love being able to track my temperature history in the app, and the integration with Apple HealthKit is extremely useful. This has replaced by old digital thermometer from Walgreens!

User friendly and so useful, everyone should have this on their personal device!

Hi, Does anyone know where I can buy the thermometer in Canada? I went to the website and it seems like only americans can buy it :( Please, can someone tell me?

I love that I dont have to rely on my memory to keep accurate records when anyone in my family is sick. I keep track of how I treat fever and other symptoms as well. This can be especially useful in the event its something more serious. Very easy to set up. I look forward to seeing how the app improves over time.

It works great if you have normal hearing, but if you have to adjust the audio balance in the accessibility settings then it will stop working. So you can hear balanced audio, or take your temperature, but not both. If I had normal hearing, I would rate it a 5.

Has trouble retaining pairing with BT thermometer, and thinks all my readings are on Feb 20 (hello? Today is Feb 7...) Needs serious work.
